Above, St Joseph's Heritage and Cooke apartments receive a rubberizerd coating from Dow Corning. During the same projects all windows were recaulked and down spouts were replaced and positioned properly.
We recommend an annual review of your building envelope components. The All Trades Contracting inspection staff are highly experienced with building envelope design and construction. Once we have inspected your building, we will provide you with a full overview, reporting on the existing condition of your building's components. Included in the report will be our recommendations, outlining any urgent tasks required. We will work with you to meet your budget and timelines.
